It was 2013 and things were going great.  Business was the best it has ever been and the ‘buzz’ online was rocking – only one problem, I didn’t have any time freedom.  I spent all my time on the phone, listening to voicemails and supporting the team (and even people outside the group).

So I decided to do something what I felt was drastic at the time – I turned off my voicemail.

I’ve since been able to leverage technology to help me stay one step ahead of things taking over again.
